The listing, STERLING SILVER HANDLE DELFT PLATE!! GOTTA SEE--MINT!! FREE SHIPPING!! has ended.

For your consideration is this Delft plate with a hallmarked sterling silver handle. Plate is marked and the handle is hallmarked sterling silver. Handle is approximately 1.5 ounces. Gorgeous piece in beautiful mint condition--no chips, cracks or repairs. The plate itself does have some age-related crazing. From what little research I did, the sterling silver handle appears to be Harrison Bros./Howson (Sheffield). I wish I had more info...would make for a good research project!

I looked it up and this is made by a fairly well known dutch company named Zenith they also make Gouda pottery. this company does not put the date on their items so there is no way to date this but, it looks to be in mint condition so it is worth a pretty penny! you are crazy to let this go!!!! :) but, i don't mind gives me a chance to own it!! LOL

Long story short, it appears that this plate is from 1884!! Value: $150 to $400 !!
So yes, Tammy--I was crazy to list this before I had all the info!! However, a deal is a deal and I'm not one to pull an auction because it's worth a certain amount of money I hadn't realized!! I wish you Good Luck!! I hope the winner will appreciate its' beauty as I have--photos just don't do this piece justice!! Thank-you again for the info, Tammy.
