This is a Sidekick LX T-Mobile cell phone. It takes a sim card for t-mobile. It has a few scratches from being dropped once but it works great. It has the original box, manual, and referance guide. Insurance on something like this depends how much you think you need. I'd get insurance for $100 or $200 I think thats 1.75 or 2.25 but, not sure.

the scratches are on the back battery cover and on the side. there are barely noticable scuff on the screen like from where i slid it in and out of my pocket
