Yes, they are white, These were given to me as a gift and they never fit me and are too big for to wear so I have never worn these.

I do not know the inseam length on these jeans. I tried to figure out what the inseam length on them was. I'm 5'3" tall and these jean would a little past my heels which is why I wouldn't wear them plus they are too big for me. I would say although that these jeans would be perfect for someone at a height over 5'3" tall that way they would not drag on the ground. Sorry I couldn't help any better.
