Found this at my grandmother's in some of my old toy's she saved of mine,,his back has remco 1975 PAT PEND1976 McDonald's System INC. Made in Hong Kong, Nothing's broken hair need's brushed or something, lol,clothe's not bad but aged,some dirt from being stored could be cleaned by someone who know's what they are doing, and that wouldn't be me , lol

no , he' s was made way before they started making them talk, but does have knob on back that you can move his head with, should be able yo see in picture's
