I did this with marker pens and water, kinda like water color paint with extra lines :) 3.5x2.5 paper, signed and dated on back... the usual. I love the way streetlights are reflected by water at night, so this is trying to show that. It also has the feel of looking through windshield wipers 'cause of the streakiness and a rainy feel due to the water. Pretty cool :)
