The pkg was returned back to me not enough postage after many days. I emailed buyers to send again. They got their credits back and didn't want it, mad. I'm a honest person, so why can't I sell it again? They did not want; I refunded credits.

Ok, let's get a easy answer here since U are bad with electronics.

It turns on. Please answer these 4 questions:

(1) does it STAY on?
(2) can U hear sound?
(3) does the touch screen work whebn u touch it or try using the built-in settings & PictoChat?
(4) do the buttons seem to respond to doing stuff when pushed?

can u check all these & let us know that?

even being bad with electronics, U can see that much. :-)
