These are picture frames shaped like crayon (as you could probably tell already) the blue one has a plastic cover piece missing but as long as you have a picture that fits in the round part in the back really good you shouldnt have a problem with that piece being gone. or if it really does bother you im sure you could just cut a piece of clear plastic out to fit it just fine, easy fix.no pieces missing besides the one i just mentioned no holes or broken pieces, and it isnt all banged up looks fine
