Delectabites
1/2 c.butter Best to use real butter
2 T.sugar
1 t. vanilla
Mix well. Then add - gradually
1 C. flour
1 C. fine chopped nuts (optional)
Powder sugar ( for rolling - optional)
Chill 2-3 hours
shape into small balls (1/2 t) Put on ungreased cookie sheet, at least 1 1/2" apart (they bake better)
Bake @ 350 for 15 - 17 min.(until firm, not brown)
Roll gently in powder sugar, cool, roll again.
