The listing, Adjustable Snake Ring....alittle gothic has ended.

This is a snake ring and the outside of it is etched in a manner that is supposed to make it look like it has scales. I cannot verify that it is sterling silver because I cannot see a stamp anywhere with .925 on it. The ring itself does not attach it is just a loop around ring. I would say it is a size 7 originally because that's what I wear and it fits my ring finger as you can see.
