1.As per Listia's rules, I only ship to verified Listia address. You have 7 days to send me the shipping address. If you do not send by the 7th day, you give up your right to the item & your credits. I have 7 days to ship out the item. I usually ship out within 1-3 days. Note to Listia Moderator: for my proof of mail I will retain a photo of Stamped addressed Envelope, or packaged item with dated mailed receipt for my records if a problem should occur. I only give delivery confirmation if the bidder pays for it

3. When there is a shipping charge, I accept PayPal only. I usually ship first class mail unless its over 13oz. or Unless If the item is small enough for envelope with a stamp (eg. pokemon cards, stickers). Unfortunately the Post Office does not accept imaginary Listia credits haha lol
