Actually, the liquid does move if you tap the plug or something but since the plug is filled to the brim with the liquid, it doesn't slosh around when you move or walk. Hope that answers your question.

Lol, yeah you could try sleeping workout plugs in or sleeping in silicone. Kaos makes really comfortable add silicone plugs.

The insertion gap (the opening) is 5mm and they are light as air.

Most of the glass spiral plugs don't get made past 2 or 0 gauge because the get really heavy or fragile (depending on the design) past those sizes. Lol. If you really want them you might be able to wear them through earskins or something.
