6" Plastic Carnival Price or Purchased Doll. What made these dolls so precious for young girls to collect was the doll's eyes. The face has red painted lips, upturned nose, exaggerated high brows and lashes, with glass eyes, sky and ocean blue, that open and close as you move doll. May have been a stand originally, I don't have one. The listing is for the doll in good condition. S&H $4.25 US.

More on doll: She is plastic, with soft doll hair. Her arms and head can move. Outfit is felt top piece and hat in black, and a yellow skirt with black stars and moons on it. This doll is the real thing, from the 60's. Shoes are painted on the doll, has white pants under dress.
