I cannot find any copyright...but under one of the photos it does speak of one of his concert in London in 1956, so I can say at least after that date. Sorry I do not know exactly. It is definitely antique...in great shape.

yes. if u do free shipping u cover the cost. if u want the winner to pay u have to check one of the others and enter an amount. im pretty sure paypal is needed for that.
