If you wanted to do a tiered auction then you should have mentioned that in the title and stated each tier amount and what the winner would get in the description.

If you wanted a set amount for it then you should have started the bidding at the amount you wanted. You listed action for the $20 wii point card. i believe the lowest card they sell is a 5$ or a 10$ but yes it it comes under i will honor you with the lower car option if it just so happens that 10 is the lowest you will get that
