So for every dollar equals a thousand credits. You have a gift code for 10 dollars and yet you want close to 19,000 credits for it which would equal 19 dollars. So you want more than what the code is worth. Wow, can we say scammer.
i've been here longer than you do! I've never scammed anybody here, are you kidding me? then proceed to another auction, duuuhh! people.. just do the regular bid if you don't like my GIN price.. I dont twist your arm to do it...
I agree.. some people here are so childish! keeps on whining.. LOL.. I see overpriced GIN here too, but I don't complain, I just do the regular bid and wait 'til it's over.. simple as that..lol
Good grief. It's very simple, really. I don't know the seller but I understand the concept of using a GIN. The amount is high(er) so that you can Get It Now (GIN) instead of having to wait until the auction is over. If people don't like the price, just enter a regular bid and wait for it to end. It might be won with 500 credits or with 30,000 credits - and yes, I've seen that happen more than once on here, since people don't seem to associate "cyber credits" with actual currency - and/or they are willing to pay more to be assured they will win and get it much sooner. It is essentially the same principle as buying your milk (or anything else) from a convenience store. You're there to buy gas anyway, so you're willing to pay a higher price so you don't have to drive across town to the grocery store - one stop instead of two stops. Yes, the milk (or whatever) costs a dollar more, but you would spend $3 worth of gas to make an extra stop and have to stand in line. That's why they're called "convenience" stores. I have seen people bid 10,000 credits for something they could buy on Amazon for less than $10. It's all about perspective, patience (or the lack thereof) and knowing what you're doing with your money. The seller is not being rude, they're being practical. More than likely, no one will use the GIN (NOTE: the seller has to pay a fee to have this feature added anyway) and then the auction will end on the scheduled date and time - with the highest bidder winning at whatever the cost. Another analogy: if you don't like what you're watching, change the channel or turn the tv off. Sheesh. lol
WELL SAID! you have the point there! it's about convenience... I don't twist their arms to bid on this, they can do the regular bid, I will be happy on any amount of ending bid. it doesn't mean 19k credits is always equivalent to $19. Thank you for your comment
