It appears to be, yes - but I cannot be 100% certain. The sleeves are very short, so I have to wonder if there is such a thing as Petite XL :) The tag does not specify whether it's for adult or teen.

I have to apologize, I know nothing about women's clothing, which is why I listed this shirt for someone who might be able to wear it.

I will try to comment with the length and width tomorrow, which should clear some of that up!

Here we go: 17" Waist/Width, 26" Height, 4" Long sleeves from middle of sleeve outward.

How about measuring from one shoulder seam to the other across the back of the shirt, as this is an important measurement. Thanks.

I searched the Bella line of clothing and it appears that XL does not come in girl's sizes, but does in the women's.

Good to know - yes, it does look more like a women's shirt - but hopefully my measurements will help people judge what will fit them, and what will not!

In the future, I'll be sure to include measurements with all of my clothing auctions - the ones I have listed now are my first for that category (though I've auctioned things in other categories in the past).
