whats wrong with it is probably the Hard disk drive isnt in right, thats most likely whats wrong if BIOS is loading, or you dont have the RAM in right.

II do know what i am doing and I put the memory in it and the hard drive was in correctly. I cant do free shipping unless it reaches 20000 bid so it will be worth the free shipping happy bidding.
