this is a real cute hot pink on the outside orange on the inside with a D ring on the back this is quilted and its a med but i think it is a lil bigger than a med its way to big for my 10 lb shihtzu happy bidding

hi sorry its taken so long to reply i cant find a tape mesure lol anyway if it helps i tried it on my 10 lb skinny shish tzu and its way to big i tried it on my 19 lbs shih tzu and it barely fit sorry ill ask hubby if he has a tape measure when he gets home
