it has stains on the inside but otherwise in very good shape- the stain is only on the inside lining and barely visible through the other layer
30-32" elastic waist and 24" top to bottom

I didn't even notice the stains at the thrift store and I have no idea what they are (looks like tomato sauce)- there's 2 spots- one is larger (a few inches across) and the other is smaller- just to be clear these spots are on the lining inside ONLY and no on the outer shell!
