This auction is for the INSTRUCTIONS ONLY on how to achieve this very cute, no commitment hair coloring technique. They differ from most of the hair chalking auctions you see bc they are very thorough instructions and do not include kool aid, food coloring or any other dip dye type of technique. There is a very small purchase required but the results are well worth it if you like this look! :) My daughter absolutely loves it so we wanted to share it with our friends here on Listia and i do get very good feedback on these as well so you wont be disappointed! :)
