Multiple compartments for each day of the week, Morning 7am-9-am, Afternoon 11am-1pm, Evening pm 4pm-6pm and Bedtime 9pm-11pm. Enough for 4 doses per day, per week for an entire 4 weeks! Made of hard plastic. Great for everyday or traveling.
