This auction is for a pre-order of the not yet released movie "A Haunted House" starring Marlon Waynes. This movie is sure to be a big laugh, so wanna see it.

Release Date: April 23, 2013
It will be ordered online for the buyer with their address. I'm using a stock image as the movie hasn't been released yet, hence the reason it's a pre-order auction. As soon as the buyer confirms their verified address and lets me know if they prefer their copy in DVD or BLU-RAY it will be ordered the same day. Tracking is provided as soon as I'm informed of it. Alittle about this movie:

The movie dosn't get released until April 23rd. Listia's rules state seller is to have it in transit to the buyer within' 7 days of auction end date. No point in lowering the days. Auction ends the morning the movie releases. Winner will have it within' 2 days after. Can't make changes to the auction anyways as there is a bid locking it in.

No, it's against the rules to list something and not follow through with shipping it. I've been listing these for over a year now and when I first began doing them I had a member flag my auction and the moderator came on stating they were unsure why my auction was flagged as they didn't see anything wrong with it, only thing I could get be found in error of is if I don't follow through on the agreement. State it was a great idea and wished me the best of luck with my auction.If it was against the rules to auction something I don't phyically have in my possession then how does Listia get away with doing the very same thing with all of their auctions as all are stock images and when they end they purchase them online for the buyer, I'm doing justs the same.

I use to ship free worldwide up until I started doing auctions like this where I order it online and ship it.
I went to the amazon.co.uk site to see the statis of this movie and seen it dosn't have a specified date of when it's to release to be purchased outta that one for ya, are you aware of when it's to come available in your area?
I also seen that it was saying it would be a U.S. Import so went to check it out on Amazon.com and it states that the Blu-ray will be "all region" which means you'll be able to play it there no problem. However, the dvd wouldn't be an option as it's Region 1 coded which is only for Canada and the U.S. So you'd only be able to get the Blu-ray through this auction.
Now, since I've never tried to ship something from the Amazon.com site to the UK I'm not sure if it will let me know. If you could provide me with your mailing address I'd be able to run it through on a pre-order of the movie and see what it tells me.
IF, it will allow me to ship it to your location through the United States listing I will happily purchase it for ya if you win.

I don't have the UV code up to be redeemed. This is for a brand new hardcopy of the dvd or the blu-ray. I looked online to purchase just the UV an it's $14.99. Never purchased them, not sure how they work. When I purchase my own families copy it will be in DVD and I don't think it's coming with a UV code so I won't have one to put up in auction to bid on seperately. If your interested in just the code let me know what it's worth credit wise to you and I'll look at purchasing that alone.

That's what I'll get for the buyer of this auction if they request it. This auction is for winners choice of DVD or the Blu-ray. I'm saying that when the movie comes out I will personally be purchasing the DVD or meself and I don't think it includes the UV so I probably won't have one to auction out.

LoL, no I don't do it that way. I like to purchase my own family copy and then purchase one for the winner of an auction listed to get a brand new sealed copy in their preference of DVD or Bluray. Thanks for enquiring.
