One size fits most adults, straps tie behind ankles so they fit YOU. When I say one size fits most, I mean it. My 9 yr old niece can wear them, as well as my friend with size 11 (womens) feet.

They are super comfy, not like the beaded ones you see everywhere that dig into your feet.

Fantastic to wear to the beach or pool - they hold up amazingly in water. They look great with flip flops and heels too! Also, they are very popular for beach weddings. They're also wearable on your hands!

Hand wash recommended, air dry.

Free shipping in USA, via first class letter with NO tracking. Do not bid if you insist on a tracking number for a letter. These are thin sandals, purchasing a bubble mailer would be pointless. I am an honest person, this is a business for me, so my reputation means everything to me. I expect my buyers to agree. I ship to Listia verified addresses only! I do want to market them to beachwear shops, I know they would do really well, but I only want to supply independent stores... I like to support the small business owners. Since I live in Ohio, I'm not familiar with any independently owned surf shops in Florida, but if you know of any that might want to carry my sandals, feel free to let me know :)

I realize the bids come in the last day or two, however, my sandals never make it to the end of the auction anyway. They're almost always GINed. The 21 days allows people time to build up credits, and also allows me more time to make more.

These are really neat i also have never seen anything like these where i'm from North carolina, How did you come up with the idea if you don't mind me asking? I'm a little to old for this style but am sure my young adult children will love them, only problem is i'm sure once i win a pair from you for one of my girl's the other two will want a pair , LOL, F&W

Well, barefoot sandals were around in the 70s, but they made a comeback a couple of years ago. Last year I bought a pair of beaded ones in a shop, I had never seen them before and they looked super cute. Well, I soon found out they hurt - bad. The beads dug into my feet, some of them got REALLY hot from the sun and actually burned the tops of my feet. The cord they were made with gave me blisters. They were really cute, but very painful. At that point I thought to myself "you know what, you can make these better"... and since I already knew how to crochet, it wasn't long before I had experimented enough to come up with a working design. I wore them around and got a LOT of positive comments about them, before long people wanted to buy them from me. Since then I've come up with several designs, and they all sell like hotcakes. I guess people are realizing the beaded ones just aren't as awesome as they're cracked up to be.

i found myself checking out all your past auction's looking at the different design's that my daughter that has bday in sept that i want to get pair for, anyway's i found perfect design for her your auction on your feedback's ended on Sept 13 2012 and you listed it as perfect costume idea in black , will you be making that design again?

Oh wow, you went WAY back in my auctions... if you're talking about the ones that had 4 straps per sandal, then no, I don't make those ones anymore. Those were way too time consuming and used a huge amount of thread. It's just not cost effective for me to make those ones anymore. Sorry.
