Actually would like the card mailed to me as I collect them along with phone cards. So a balance on the card doesn't matter to me but an emailed code is of no value.

Will you mail the actual card to the winner? You can't just go to Starbucks with a code and say give me a latte now can you? You need to have the physical card, right?
