it is for sure real sterling silver as it is marked .925, it is also marked CZ so Im not sure if that means real or not, i wore it for over a year & it never tarnished or turned my finger green, it really is a beautiful ring, its just too big for me now

i checked around online & from what I can tell it can be resized, since I am not a jeweler, I would suggest to contact one just to make sure, it is real sterling silver though so i dont see why it wouldnt be able to : )
