Edgar Berebi designed models for the premier collection of the Vatican Library, including the Pope's official gifts and medallions. 
There is a lovely and inspiring testament to Berebi on "The Angel Network" on the internet. Although no longer producing jewelry, "Edgar, Inc.-The Masterwork Atelier" designs and produces elegant renaissance style boxes, picture frames, wine glasses and medallions. His studio in New York has more than 40 artisans and engravers. 
This limited edition piece has a 3.25" watch pendant. I believe this is 18k gold electroplate. 
It is signed and in mint condition.
The little angel above the watch gives this piece a "heavenly" look! This is a charming and very collectible piece.
