FREE: 5+ Luffa seeds

The listing, 5+ Luffa seeds has ended.

This auction will be for 5+ louffa/luffa/luffah seeds that my girls and I personally grew in our garden. They are useful for many things such as cleaning/scrubbing hands and feet, exfoliating skin on face and body, crafts, etc.

Luffas love more hot & humid climates but are known to grow in many other places and they are pretty hardy(freezes will nip the leaves though) . Vines are beautiful climbers and are covered with yellow blooms until luffas begin to form.

I do not recommend growing close to main entrances or heavy traffic areas as they attract many bees/wasps for pollination. Some areas may not be as bad as Louisiana for bees and such. Huge yields! Grow until luffas are at least 10 inches long(lots are longer) and outer skin is more papery than tough. You can also eat young tender (small) luffa as they are in the squash family.
