This is a vintage glass intaglio pendant I bought on Listia a few months ago but decided to re-post. It has the centaur symbol, gold tone trim and large bail to accomodate a good size chain. Measures about 1 1/4 inches across, in excellent condition, no chips or wear noted. Since the 1920s, Trifari has been one of the most respected and admired producers of jewelry in the United States. Founded in the 1910s by Gustavo Trifari, the Italian-immigrant son of a Napoli goldsmith, the company has designed jewelry that’s been worn by countless high-profile clients, including Madonna.
