about the LOTION..i didn't have a lot of $$ to spend, but it was important to me so i bought Palmer's lotion for stretch marks & the oil with the elastin in it from the Motherhood store. Not sure if you have that out there. BUT if your sister travels alot, or if you have access to the european products or even better the dead sea products near Isreal would so be what i would get. something that is organic, natural you know with actual elastin & collogen in it to help keep your skin cells healthy & stretchy. Plus i bet it will smell better..I usually went to bed feeling like a big chocolate bar..with that cocoa butter smell! I'll look up some, I know a good line of those products!

OK thanks alot for the advice. & don't worry, potentially eat right, swim if you can! that is the absolute best excersize when you are prego. I gained some wait, but I was pretty fit during my pregnancy & because I stayed in shape..it was super easy to lose the weight afterwards. Keep faith, take care of you..& the rest will fall into place. Lotion, lotion, lotion with elastin to prevent stretch marks..& you are beautiful so I'm sure you will be just even more so with the pregnancy glow about you!

Tilt, they are hard to find but fantastic, I have a couple pair , I am hioldingon to them I am hoping I do onot blow up druing htis pregnancy.. I thnk salt jeasn and or or ravens.. If I come across them I will post. You would be a 26 or 27 but you would need a bit of elastasine about#% for th elook you want.
