This is Used.

There is NO CHARGER included and I do not know if there are songs on it or not since we can't find the charger.

My son or someone inscripted weezy on the back. Not sure why but thought I would try posting this anyways.

I only ship to the UNITED STATES so refrain from leaving comments about that please.

If by chance you get the ipod and it doesn't work, i will refund credits of course upon return of the ipod. It should work, I don't see why it wouldn't.

In Answer to a ??? above, no, not all IPOD chargers are the same, the shuffle IPOD only uses the shuffle charger. But I have one and lost my shuffle so I could really use this!!!!!!

I don't think it uses the same charger as the other ones. Unless you had an old shuffle. I saw another auction with a shuffle and it was a different charger

yes it worked and should still work. I don't know the answers to the other 2 questions you have there. Maybe someone can help you out? I don't know much about ipods at all. The kids don't use this one anymore now that they have a different one.
