I normally would if it were a bagged Lego set since those can just go in a bubble envelope and it doesn't cost a lot to ship. But this is a boxed set and even though it's a small box, I can't ship it in an envelope or it'll be crushed. It will cost me twice as much to ship this Lego set compared to a bagged set. So, I can't ship this set to the UK but if you win between 1-4 bagged sets, I'll ship those to the UK for free.
