I'm not sure about the dates,but this pin has a beautiful petina.

There are small stones (not sure if rhinestones, crystals or even diamonds) on the inside of the bow and also on the outside. They are very shiny. There are some missing, but I didn't see that until I looked through the loupe.

It has a pearl centerpiece. There are no maker's marks anywhere. It's a beautiful od piece, even with stones missing that you can't see.
