Euphorbia Tirucalli or Pencil Cactus. Must have in any succulent collection. It likes high light and low moisture. Exudes a cloudy sap when clipped or broken. My start came from an elderly friend whose specimen was 20' tall.
Very forgiving plant. I am training mine in the form of a tree and have these cuttings to share. :)

Can this survive as in "indoors only" plant?

Yes it can do quite well as an indoor plant. When I lived in a colder climate; after it warmed up I would set my indoor plants outside for the summer and bring them back in when it was getting colder. Remember not to set them out into direct sun as they are accustomed to indirect light.
