It is brand new never opened. I have one I use. I have dark brown hair, brown eyes, tan skin (indian background way back) and have always had lots of hair on legs, arms, and facial (chin - upper lip) with thick dark eyebrows. I will try to say this without getting to graphic in my answer. lol K- works great on lip,chin,eyebrows. Works great on "trimming" arm hair, but still want to use a razor on legs to get the close close shave with no stubbles. Now on bikini line - ok for winter time to keep "trimmed", but would for sure use razor or wax "down there" in the summer for bathing suit season if you know what I mean, other than keeping the length trimmed. I hope that helped and I hope no one got grossed out or offended by my description, but would love to see how someone else would put it! lol So, yes, use it and love it. Probably would work really super for someone with blond or fine hair....fanned you back
