No mam it is not a belt buckle all three that you see are wall hanger,s bull riding champion, bronc buster and lone star! they are about 8 inch,s long and 5 wide! they are hand made and came out of an estate sale of a former bull riding champion! isley was his name but they are in near mint condition! i still have the belt buckle but it is not for sale it goes to my grand daughter who is a pole racer!
