This seller obviously does not abide by Listia's rules and should read the Terms of service again.

You agree not to manipulate the price or interfere with any listings.

it seem not to be fair to the people just starting out. i not putting u down. but some one did the same thing to my daughter and she didnt read all the crazy self made rules. when she won they didnt send her stuff and said they did. i think you should be fair to all on here. you have some cute stuff and otta let everyone bid and then if something goes wrong with that bidder then judge that person and block them. im not trying to make you mad im just trying to make this a fun place for every one to bid. thanks for your time. by the way cute auction.

Thank you for stopping by my auction. Unfortunately, there have been many new bidders and bidders with bad feedback that have been winning my auctions and then causing problems.These are items that I want to move out of here rapidly and it prevents people who really wanted the item from winning it. As per Listia's terms of service, I have a right to make my own terms of auction, since these are my items. Since I pay quite a bit for shipping+shipping materials+gas, there need to be rules established and as stated: a bidder should feel free to bid elsewhere if they can not abide by these terms. The terms are fair to the people who are responsible, read the details, and really want the item. With that said, Listia's rules state that you are not to interfere with any listing or spamming the comment or message section, as this seller did. Comments should be made pertaining to the item itself, not what someone feels about how I run my own auctions. I don't do it to others, I just move on to the next auction if I do not like what I see. But again, thank you for stopping by and your comments.
