Offered here is a vintage Singer Sewing Machine advertising collector card from the American Song Birds series. The Song Sparrow (with its egg) is illustrated by J. L. Ridgway on the front side and Singer Sewing Machine info and bird bio on the back. One of hundreds at the time, they were all copyrighted between 1915 and 1927. It measures 6” by 4 ½”, great framing size, and has a very small light number 10 written in pencil on the front bottom corner (I’m sure it can mostly be erased), with a tiny bit of stuck paper on the back (I believe it was once adhered to a piece of cardboard). Comes to you in very good vintage condition from a clean non-smoking pet-free home! Great for framing, altered art, decoupage . . . or art for your bird’s cage. ;)
