Brand new! This metal box is first a pencil box and on one side of the box it has a chalk board on it! There is a piece of chalk in the box too! You can put lots of things in it besides pencils and pens...I got these right after Valentines Day, so I got them on clearance. The marshmallow have been removed as they would be hard as a rock if I kept them. LOL
