SID Memory Card...you can buy them anywhere..drugstore, Staples, Walmart etc.

I never opened the package but I will say I have other Vivitar cameras and they work beautifully. Perhaps you got a bad one. Sometimes it's garbage in...garbage out. Sorry but had to say!!
