The plant in the picture looks much more like something related to a Saintpaulia, Africa violet than Evening primrose sundrops. Thanks for the link.

Aww, I believe I have uncovered the cause of confusion. The plant pictured above is genus Primula -- (primrose). Evening primrose is genus Oenothera.

The picture is a Primrose, but not an Evening Primrose.
