I put in on scales with a padded envelope and did not have your zip code it was $12 plus. So i want to wrap it carefully and retun to po to get exact for your zip. It measures 9 and a quarter inches by 16and a quarter inches. It has glass over print. I got flat tire so will have to get back to you for postage costs. Pat
