BNIP Brand New In Package set of 3 elastic hair bands. Two red, one black and silver, with blings attached. Blings are flower, little shiny sphere and a swan with red bling in the middle and bling eye. Very cute! I think these will make great hair accessory!

It is in sealed package and never opened.
