no i didnt make them i am not sure the exact materials. it looks like they are made with wire, some kind of fabric that looks like knee high fabric there is a plastic gem in the middle i bought these and i dont need all of them i made baskets with plastic containers in them and then i am planting flowers in them for mothers day.
