this is a Nikon coo pix camera . it is a 14 mega pixel's. now I bought this camera brand new but ithas a problem the shutter is stuck and will not open I had it about a week and it got stuck & would not open other then that it is something I have no clue it still has a warranety on it I never sent that in either. so if you know anything about the shutter it is your gain my loss. free shipping!!!!

I have a family member thats great with cameras, its his job to fix them so it shouldnt be a problem:) then again I've fixed my fair share of cameras of all kinds in the day soo :) Ill bid just a few more times and win I hope :)

good luck like I said I have no clue to what happened I only used it a few time's then the zoom froze on me so it must be something simple but I am not camera savie I just wanted people to know that there was a problem I don't like when it happen's to me so the best way is to be honest with people, and like I said I really thnk it is a simple fix just never checked into it...

it is a easy fix but I do not know how to unstuck it that is why I explained it if you know what you are doin it will work great but as I stated I don't. my loss your gain. good luck sorry I can not answer I just don't know how to fix it

okay im a little confused the lens is open or stuck shut? and if it is stuck open should you not be able to use it and take pics and video or am I wrong about that? Do you still have the receipt so that the warranty can be completed and then the camera fixes or replaced? Just wanting a nice digital for pics of the first grandbaby and the one that I currently have just dont take good enough pics any longer its out dated

I bought this brand new and had it a week it took awesome picture;s but the zoom got stuck & I do not know anything about zoom's ir run's off 2 double a batteries . that is why I put it up here if someone know's anything about the stuck zoom either it can be sent back to company or if you can get it unstuck. the guarantee is for a year it is in the box. it will come with it I just never sent it back. and I have no receipt.
