Yes, and most of all it's tough and will last awhile. It's not cloth, cheap plastic or faux-leather, but about as tough vinyl...Thanks for commenting

No, but it feels like new. No tags and it has a couple dark spots (1/16"-1/8"I'd suppose) near the bottom of the center third, from being folded, I think. The great thing about this wallet is that it would stand up to going through the washing maching, which I have done with my wallet way too many times. LOL
