The listing, Xbox 360 has ended.

My hubby cleans out abandoned and eviction apartments. This was found in one of them. As you can see it's gamestop refurbished and comes with no cords. It does come with a wireless controller but I'm not sure if it works. The 360 does have it's harddrive but when we took it to a local game store they plugged it up and got the dreaded red ring of death. So it DOES NOT WORK. I don't know if it can be repaired or if it's only good for parts but here it is for your bidding pleasure. I'm going to have to ask for help on shipping for this one. Maybe we can split it though. Message me an offer for shipping and we'll see if we can work something out. Thank you. :3

Here is a thought for you ...

Call Microsoft and see if it's under warranty. Could be...

If so, send it in and get a replacement. You'll get a LOT more credits for a known working 360 than this one...

Since Gamestop already cracked it open I assumed that voided any warranty it would've had. No?

Nope... If it falls under Microsoft's blanket 3 year warranty and is less than 3 years old, they will replace it for you.

MS extended the warranty on Xbox's because of the RROD...

When did you power up the console did you plug the AV Cables if you did not it will give you red ring since that console its old 2006 there is no way that will be under warranty. Goodluck on your auction

Thanks. :3 They unplugged the power cord and AV cables from their in store game testing 360 and hooked this one up. So unfortunately it's a true RRoD.

Yep. Once you told me what to look for I looked it up. It just says HDD on the harddrive and that means 20gb :3 Also I was going by this

Well it's an original model judging by the condition and scratches and few slight spots of dirt on the console I can tell you it's been sitting abandoned for awhile looks like the original owner leftist behind probably due to the red ring death defect I,m surprised it still has its hard drive and original controller with it to bad the cords are gone my guess is the owner toke the cords with them and left the console behind.

The original owner was evicted due to nonpayment and a good bit of stuff was left behind. Guitars, dvds, ps3 games, a stereo, tvs, and a LOT of stuff that with went this. The landlord had to hold the stuff for awhile to comply with the law and give the man a chance to pay and get his stuff. The man never came back so after a time the landlord sold most of the stuff. He said he found the cords to this but when asked later he couldn't locate them. That's why we took it to the local game store to see if it was worth buying cords for. :3

Wow well he could have sold a few of those games or even the Xbox for the mony to pay the payments there's no reason why he out not have there been plenty of times I Been broke to the point I had to pound or sell my Xbox games jewelry and other vlubles just to get the mony to py my rent or eat for the day I grew up poor so I learned quick how to make fast money.

Yep. Same here. Only things I own and won't sell are my dogs and cat. If I get so hard up I don't have rent everything else is up for sale! I always pay rent first and can be pretty money savvy when I put my mind to it though. :3
