The listing, porcelain dish - Bavaria has ended.

This vintage, lovely, small, oval porcelain dish has delicate eggplant-color flowers, spring green flowers, and gold trim with cut-outs around the raised edge to add to the interest. Because of its age, some of the gold around the edges has rubbed off.

It will look great mixed with other patterns, as an accent piece or as an unusual place to put small things on your bureau, nightstand, any table, or desk. It held matchbooks for me until I retired it.

This measures approximately 5 5/8" long, 3 1/2" wide, and 3/8" deep. On the unglazed underside, the following appears: RICHMOND, Z.S.&C1, BAVARIA. (I'm not really sure it really is a "1" in "Z.S.&C1" - it seems to me it would make more sense if it's the letter "o."

I'm aware of replacements.com. They're a good place to go if someone needs a piece or two to complete a set, perhaps if something broke, However, in my opinion, their prices are very high.
