I do not have a picture of this exact lettuce from my garden, however I found a stock image that looks similar of another Japanese Lettuce. It is beautiful, very productive, and grown in my grandma's Japanese garden. She is from Japan, and gave me this lettuce, it is her favorite. I cannot read the packet, and she said she wasn't sure what kind it is. She saves it's seed every year, and it is delicious! Sorry I do not have the pictures. We grow it in the ground, in containers, and it does great and as long as you frequently eat and harvest it, you can stave off the flowering for quite a while, this way you can always have some growing for eating while you are harvesting the seeds of the others.
