When I was a child I remember those cold winter mornings I would wake up to the delicious aroma of banana fritters. Yumm, now I am going to have to go make some. These are simple yet incredible recipes that are sure to please your children just as they did myself and my siblings and my children now. Four generations of my family have made and loved these and I hope that they become family favorites at your house as well.

I have decided to throw in the recipe for brain fritters as well.
