The listing, Poison Ivy Soap xtra strong has ended.
Be ready for poison ivy season. My friend and I are foragers and we make this soap for ourselves every year to use while we hike the woodlands. It is made using fresh jewelweed and we make it extra strong. Jewelweed has been used by the Native Americans for many years for the relief of poison ivy, stinging nettle, poison oak, bee stings, and a variety of rashes. Many use it for their eczema and psoriasis. We pick jewelweed to sell to the soapmakers and have tried many different recipes out there.....none are as strong as ours that we can find. I use pure glycerin soap and jewelweed extract and no chemicals, coloring or perfumes are added. This soap is used by many fishermen, hunters, linemen, gardeners, etc. I keep a bar in my glovebox, fishing box, saddle bags and one in my pocket most all summer long. I even have a bar stashed in a mason jar by my outside spiqot to wash up with after gardening. A huge order was even sent to our military folks in iraq this past year. This is some good stuff......
